Opa & Yaya Visit

Opa & Yaya saved the day! I had to go to Indianapolis overnight for work so Opa & Yaya came down to help with the boys. It worked out perfect because we were able spend some time together and celebrate Jake & Luke's birthday! We took advantage of the beautiful Fall weather and did some adventuring; took the T downtown to enjoy Point Park and have lunch at Market Square, played at the park, went to the apple farm, ate on the deck - it was a great weekend! what a difference a year makes!

Also while in Cincinnati we were able to have a quick visit with another girlfriend from college, Michelle and her cute little munchkins!! We hadn't seen them in a year (last labor day in Cleveland!)...and what difference a year makes! Jadon joined the crew in March and is such a handsome little man!!

My girlfriend from college (maid of honor in my wedding)Eby had a little boy this summer and I have been dying to get my hands on him for the past 6 weeks! Quinn is just beautiful and such a trooper! He slept the entire time at the Cinci zoo - didn't make a peep! After the long HOT day he came back to the hotel and hung out for a couple of hours and let everyone snuggle him up! I wish we lived closer so that the boys could grow up together!!

Labor Day 2009 - Cincinnati

Jane, Doug and Jeff drove down to Pittsburgh on Thursday night to start our Holiday weekend! The boys were very excited about their visit and our road trip to Cincinnati to sleep in a hotel! Happy Birthday Jane!
