Zachary's got a new shoe!! Or at least that's what he told his brothers when he got home from the hospital =). Wednesday afternoon he was dancing/playing and ended up falling down and yelling out in pain. I could tell he had hurt himself but honestly didn't think too much of it (how many times a day do we wipe out?!?!) He went down for his nap and was limping around most of the afternoon. Thursday he woke up and complained that his foot hurt and was still limping so I brought him to the pediatrician...ended up getting x-rays and this morning we met with Orthopedics at Childrens and got the cast put on. He has a fractured/cracked toe. It is not broken into 2 pieces but they are afraid without a cast it will not heel and break further so he gets to wear his "shoe" for 3 weeks!! wish us luck!
